  • 1 nos carrot chopped


  • 1 nos loki chopped


  • 2 nos green chilli chopped


  • 2 tsp chhok : oil


  • 1/2 tsp mustard seeds


  • 1 pinch hing


  • 1/2 tsp red chilli powder


  • 1 pinch salt as per taste


  • 1/4 cups imli ka pani


  • 2 tsp sabher masala

Directions

  • For Dosa :Dono ko dhoke bhigo de 7 se 8 ghante
  • Then pees le
  • Non stick tawe per dose bana le
  • Filling: pan me oil dale

  • 2 min cook kare
  • ab salt.kali mirch pow.cheese .Organo mix kare
  • turn off gas
  • Ready masale ko dose me fill kare.
  • Serve hot With coconut chatni or sabher.
